Farm Happenings for October 22, 2020

This week we will have a limited amount of what we are calling our "Asian greens mix". This will be a mixture of mizuna, tatsoi, and purple bok choi. If you happen to get a bag, please let me know what you think of it. If everyone likes it we will grow more! We are in full swing of greens season. The farm is pumping out a lot of beautiful veggies right now and we are very grateful for it! Please check the extras section this week we have eggs at a wholesale price. Our eggs last a few months so please stock up while you can. Also, I wanted to recommend you eat the cabbage greens raw, perhaps in a salad. You can also lightly wilt them. If you are wondering what to do with all your peppers, consider fermenting or pickling them! You can use the same pickling recipe I sent before. I hope you all have a wonderful week. I heard a rumor that there is cooler weather on the way but Ill believe it when I see it!
