The Red Russian kale is turning into a more full sized kale with thicker stems as we approach warmer weather. You can still eat it raw but it is recommended to do a light steam or stirfry on that. Its been great seeing you all for farm tours and I hope more of you book a spot! Green tomatoes on the vines and very small baby peppers coming in now. Tons of zucchini this week!
