Yep, you are seeing that correctly. 5.7º at our farm early Wednesday morning!!
Thus, CSA list had to wait a little bit. To be frank and honest, we had to wait until later in the day to be sure everything survived the freeze. 5º is awfully cold, and about 9º colder than the forecast. We had everything covered and ready, but I didn't want to offer you all a bunch of stuff Wednesday morning, only to find out Wednesday evening that it all died! ha. SO here we are, and EVERYTHING seems to have made it just fine, thankfully.
This means we have CSA this week! Some have been asking about our end date. Technically, the last CSA delivery is December 8-9 (next week). HOWEVER, it looks as though we will have enough product to extend a week or 2. So, we may be offering another week or 2 of dates. We'll let you know next week!
