March 30th Farmstand Delivery

Posted on March 27th, 2022 by Ayla Dodge

Hello!  The weather this week is looking a little on the chilly side.  We are really looking forward to some warm weather to start getting in to the fields very soon.  The greenhouse is filling up very fast and pretty much all of the snow has melted.

The Farmstand is now open for a delivery next WEDNESDAY, March 30th. We have to switch days to wednesdays, take note. The sign up closes Tuesday at 10pm.

Our walk in freezer is stocked up!  We have some new cuts of beef and pork available including Beef Snack sticks and Summer Sausage that are made with our beef and our pork lard (fat).  It is a nitrate free, fermented and smoked product and they are very good!

Our 2022 CSA is up and running, too!  If you sign up for both a main season and a fall share at one time use coupon code "2022Full" (for full shares) and if you sign up for the half shares use coupon "2022Half" (half shares) Sign up here today!!

In other news we will be joining Red Clover Herbal Apothecary's annual Plant Sale to sell Pastured pork, beef and chicken!  She is right down the road from us and is Certified Organic.  Her plants are all seeded and grown in house and she will also have salves, teas, tinctures and more for sale! Check it out and go home with a cooler of meat and herbal goodies for your health and well-bing!
Thursday May 12th – Sunday May 15th – 10am-4pm
and
Thursday May 19th – Sunday May 22nd – 10am-4pm

NOTES on Farmstand:

There is a $50 minimum to purchase from the farm stand.  We do home delivery for a $10 fee but if you can choose a drop site that is great, too!

Our delivery window is typically between noon-5 pm depending on where you are on the route and how many people we get signed up for home delivery, which can increase our route quite a lot.

if you are interested in larger portions of pork or chicken please find that info HERE

IF you are interested in larger portions of Beef, please email @ blackbrook.farm.llc@gmail.com

We hope this finds you well!
