Second to last week of our Fall Farm Share... Holiday Farm Share is on the horizon!

Posted on October 16th, 2020 by Agriberry Farm

Happy Sunday evening folks!

This is our second to last week of the Fall Farm Share season, and we are gearing up for our Holiday Farm Share! If this is news to you, check out last week's Farm Happenings for more details.

This week, we finalized our delivery locations, and we have decided to make Holiday Farm Share pickups on Saturdays only via St. Stephen's Farmer's Market, West End Farmer's Market, Lakeside Farmer's Market, and on the farm in Hanover.

Now... let's get on to this week's share. Week 6 will include 2 half pints of red raspberries, 1 quart of Pink Lady apples, and 1 quart of Nittany apples. Our raspberries are continuing to fruit in our fields in Hanover, and some even claim that autumn raspberries are the most delicious. I would not disagree. The Pink Ladies are from Adams County Nursery in Aspers, PA. The Nittany apples are from Catoctin Mountain Orchard in Thurmont, MD.

Available for swaps this week are as follows: Honey Crisp apples, Crimson Crisp apples, and Rinker's Apple Cider

Extras will include everything mentioned above as well as Fuji apples, Stayman apples, JonaGold apples, Asian Pears, Bartlett Pears, our Agriblend Oat Bars, Stargell's Central Virginia Honey, and our in-house made Apple Butter.

Remember, all swaps and edits must be made by 4 pm on Monday.
