Hi Berry Fan members,
I am writing here today to remind you that ALL SWAPS MUST BE MADE BY 4 PM MONDAY. Extras can always be added on at the market, but we have been seeing an increase in members wanting to make share item swaps onsite. As much as we would love to accommodate you all, the membership quantity this year is so high that we are not able to appease everyone. To make life easier for us at Agriberry, marketers and accountants alike, we are requiring all swaps to be made ahead of time. I appreciate you all understanding. Anytime from Sunday 4pm through Monday 4pm you may login to customize your 4 items. If you rated your Harvie preference section ( and you can update it again now if you like) it allows the algorithim to customize according to those preferences. If you have any questions with this please reach out to me via contact info below. If questions are replied through Harvie Support it may not be replied until into the next business day.
A standard share this week is 1 pint of blueberries from Macrie Farms in Hammonton, New Jersey; 1 pound of strawberries grown on Agriberry fields in Chesterfield, Virginia; 1 pint of blackberries from Agriberry fields in Hanover, Virginia; and 1/2 pint of red raspberries from Agriberry fields in Hanover, Virginia.
Extras available to be ADDED ON are donut peaches and yellow peaches. These items are available as EXTRAS not as swaps.
I cannot believe that it is already Week 12 of our Farm Share season. Time truly flies even when the world is on a semi-lockdown.
I will be working on an private Agriberry CSA Member Facebook page to connect our members to one another where we can share recipes, fruit fun, photos, and anything of local food interest. It is important to stay connected to each other, and I find that I always learn something new through interacting with others, even if it is simply through an online medium. Anne is very excited to be interactive with members here as well.
