This week we planted the last of the fall crops, some fall greens, cabbage, cantaloupe, and corn.   The pumpkins and winter squash look good, except for the few low places in the field, that 5 inches of rain a few weeks ago was too much.  Farmers, so picky about the weather.  read more »

Potatoes are coming in. We are starting with the Adirondack Blue Potatoes. Adirondack blue potatoes have a deep purple skin with solid purple flesh that hold their color when cooked. Very high in antioxidants. They have a nice thin skinned so peeling is not necessary.  Roast 'em, mash 'em1 read more »
