Last week and Pumpkin Picking

Posted on September 19th, 2022 by Martie Buzby

Week 20- Its hard to believe, but 20 weeks have past.  This is the last week of CSA shares.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your support this year! Friendly reminder we are extending our season with a Fall CSA (available only Tuesdays at the farm).  We have a few spots remaining.  Click here to sign up.

In addition to picking up your CSA box at your normal location, you are also welcome to join us on the farm for a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch Monday, Tuesday, or Friday. Wagons will be leaving the building on the half hour: 3:30, 4, 4:30, 5, and 5:30.

New this week! Kiwi Berries- Kiwi Berries are a small variety of the kiwi fruit with an edible skin.  IMPORTANT:  You have to wait until they are soft and the skin is wrinkled before eating.  Really, the softer the better. As they soften they get sweeter. Leave at room temperature to ripen. For faster ripening, put them in a paper bag with an apple.
