It is quite dry. We really are ok with it, we have an advanced irrigation system and abundant water. There is an old farmer adage that says, "A dry year will scare you to death, but a wet year will starve you to death". Which means there is normally more crop loss from excessive water and the disease it causes than there are losses from dry weather.

A.T. Buzby Farm is a family farm in rural Salem County, New Jersey. We grow a variety of fresh produce for local markets. Currently operating on 190 acres, we serve many area roadside stands with seasonal treats. We also have retail locations around the region and a CSA right here on our farm. A.T.
