We had a big week at the farm. Harvesting strawberries, planting sweet potatoes, planting sweet corn, lots of weeding and lots of clean up. We pressure washed the sales building and the packing house! It feels so good to have the buildings cleaned up and ready. The first crop that will come into the packing house is kirby pickles, in another week or two!!
Strawberries and asparagus are holding on, and still available. The greens are growing and looking so good. If you got Swiss Chard this week. Wowie Zowie. Beautiful. The big bok choy "Joi Choi" is ready and gorgeous. More romaine, kale flowing in.
