Chop chicken and tofu into chunks, then marinate the chicken in chimichurri and the tofu in BBQ sauce.
Chop veggies into large pieces.
When the proteins are marinated to your taste, assemble the kebabs. Assemble the kebabs by alternating protein with vegetables on long, wooden skewers.
Then, grill until the meat is done and the vegetables are charred.
