Can you believe May is this coming week? We finished planting our 50 acres of potatoes tonight, just in time for some weekend rain. Its been a grind, but we pushed through and move on to the next process with the potatoes which is clean and repair equipment, and start cultivation on the 50 acres to keep weeds at bay. Potatoes are a true labor of love. The stars aligned to finish planting, get weekend rain and me, the Mrs, and the 3 little ones are heading up to Massachusetts to visit my wifes sister, which is a good thing for all of us.
This week we bring back fresh local asparagus and spinach, we a pumped to see some greens coming back.
