Farm Happenings for November 29, 2022

Posted on November 26th, 2022 by John Zilnicki

Just like that, November comes to an end!  I hope you had a great Thanksgiving with your loved ones.  In the moment it may seem crazy, chaotic, unnecessary, and stressful, but I had a chance to stop, soak it in and realize everything around us is a gift and enjoy these moments.  I have a 4 1/2 year old, almost a 3 year old and almost a 1 year old now and it is truly hitting home at how fast time goes and all though life is wild, I wouldn't trade it for the world!  Don't get me wrong, some days are good, and some days are bad, but its the ability to take a step back and see the big picture that has helped me truly enjoy these chaotic times in our lives.

Enjoy the vegetables you are getting in your boxes now as we are approaching the winter months and the number of vegetables choices decreases.  But, this absence helps us appreciate the seasonality of the produce that our gorgeous lands produce.

Enjoy your weekend and stay safe and healthy!
