Well fall came in with a bang and its glorious! This time of year is wild, we are tee shirt, and shorts thinking about the beach and the next thing your wondering where your winter jacket is.
The weather is going to be absolutely gorgeous this weekend so get out there and have some fun with the family. We have been busy freezing some of summers vegetables and fruits so we can have them all winter long. Its a labor of love, that we usually don't want to do at the end of a busy day but its all worth it in February when we pull out local fruit and vegetables from our freezer. We went the simple route of a vacuum sealer from Costco and it works perfect for us.
