Happy Memorial Day weekend! First I want to say my heart breaks for the kids and families in Texas and other parts of the country. I truly believe some evil, sinister work is at play and we have to do our best to come together no matter what our skin color is, or our socio economic status is, etc.
I challenge you this weekend to put that phone down, take an extended break from all of the distractions that constantly thirst for our attention and enjoy the sun, enjoy conversation, as I always say, reconnect with the vibrations of mother nature! Even if it is raining, something magical about a stroll in some light rain. (not a Nor'easter, but a nice light rain)
