Hello Hello! Mid May is here and we are burning the candle on both ends right now! The weather surprised us this week with some absolutely gorgeous afternoons! Our exciting news is, we have been busting our asses building fencing for our soon to be pastures that will have our own cattle! Yes, Zilnicki Farms will be raising its very own grassfed beef! This has been a dream for many years and we are finally taking complete action and making it happen! I know we need a true protein source and this will greatly help our lands. Several locations on our farm will get the rest they need and produce beautiful grasses for our soon to be animals. We are excited about this venture and will keep you posted along the way!
