We wrap up the end of April this weekend and lets hope May comes in with a little more warmth! We have planted about 40acres of potatoes thus far and about 10 more to go to be fully done. Its a true labor of love.
This week will have Schmitt Farm's spinach which we are excited about. These cold nights are slowing the growing process for sure but they will even out eventually.
