Farm Happenings for April 12, 2022

We've seen lots of Spring rains and I hope we get into a little more time between rains to get out in the fields.  Our cover crops are loving this weather but Farmer John is ready to get out in the field and plow some ground over!

Northfork Seafood is coming through with some fresh LOCAL Bluefin Tuna, caught right off Long Island as well as Monkfish.

Goodale Farms made a specialty batch of Chocolate Truffles (Chevre Cheese) that is absolutely unreal! I'm currently day 13 through 75 Hard right now so I will be passing on the Chevre this go around but I can't wait to have some in a few weeks!
