We hope you are loving the Winter CSA boxes! We love adding new LOCAL products to the list every week for you! Not only does it mean more diverse boxes for you but local businesses are getting a boost and we are proud to support them and make our local food economy as strong as possible! This week we have mushrooms from Mushrooms NYC. They are a small mushroom farm located on the North Fork who grow a wide array of mushrooms. We will be offering a Gourmet Mix and a Shiitake bag this week. Also this week we introduce Hampton Sourdough to the mix. They have amazing breads and we are super excited for you to try 'real' bread!
