Apricus Farm is located in Tumalo and run by Matt and Jenna. They use practices that are very well aligned to those on our farm, and are currently working on expanding their operation. Though they're not certified, they use all organic practices. They raise their hogs on pasture, and even more special, finish them on Oregon grown Hazelnuts for extra nutrition and flavor.
This is a great opportunity for you to fill your freezer for fall, and support another local farm! Pork harvest boxes are $150, consist of 15lbs of pork and will be delivered to your drop spot in a cooler. Simply add one to your box, and pick it up with your share! We'll have these available to add to your share for the next 3 weeks, or until they sell out!
