We are back from our planting break! We got over 10 tunnels worth of fall crops planted and it looks like sweet potatoes and sunchokes are just around the corner. Beans, eggplant, okra and tomatoes are starting to come in! Weeds are coming in strong and we are doing are best to keep them at bay. We are starting our second successions of cucumbers and squash along with our third succession of tomatoes. We should be swimming in tomatoes by mid July! read more »
