Beans, eggplant, okra and tomatoes are starting to come in! Weeds are coming in strong and we are doing are best to keep them at bay. We are starting our second successions of cucumbers and squash along with our third succession of tomatoes. We should be swimming in tomatoes by mid July! read more »

All the onions and garlic have been pulled from the fields and are curing in the barn and greenhouses. They will be ready to clean and store in just another week. All the summer crops are ready at once! We are catching up and trellising the beans while the cucumbers are fruiting before we can trellis them.
