Beans, eggplant, okra and tomatoes are starting to come in! Weeds are coming in strong and we are doing are best to keep them at bay. All the onions and garlic have been pulled from the fields and are curing in the barn and greenhouses. They will be ready to clean and store in just another week. The field flowers are blooming! And with all the rain last week all the new summer crops are off to a strong start. This week we will be pulling all the garlic and onions for curing. All the summer crops are ready at once! We are catching up and trellising the beans while the cucumbers are fruiting before we can trellis them.
