Happy week #9! And the dog days of summer.
The spring plantings are starting to finally wrap up.
No more spinach for a while, radish is just about done, and the baby leaf lettuce is about to be pulled up.
Plantings of beets, napa cabbage, swiss chard, leeks, kohlrabi, and head lettuces are starting to mature.
This is the first week for tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.
And we are planting for the fall every week….more on that in a later e-mail.
