It's been really pleasant this week with the cooler temps and cold nights.
The leaves on the trees are turning and falling. And the nights are getting much longer.
That means that the growing season is quickly coming to an end....To be honest I am looking forward to a little break.
This season has not worked out as well what I envisioned many, many months ago when I was planning it out. But that has been all of 2020 right?
So we have just a few weeks left in the CSA.
Greens are what is coming your way for this period. They look great and taste great too!
Time to make some soups and stews!
