While it is too sloppy, muddy to do anything in the outdoor fields, the high tunnel beds are primed and ready to plant. Every week we prep new beds and plant more veggies. The house in the picture just got planted with another round of carrots, beets, and spinach. Hopefully the fields will start to dry out in the next few weeks, but if not we can keep crops rolling in the high tunnels.
