Farm Happenings for July 14, 2021

Posted on July 14th, 2021 by Ben Sayler

It has been busy around our house! Baby Max and mom are doing well. Griffin had his 6th birthday party on Sunday. We set up the small pool and bounce house for the kids. Also had squirt guns and a bubble machine going. It was a small gathering with family and a few of Griffin's friends. He had a blast and we were glad to be able to celebrate more this year.

Summer crops are going strong. Tomatoes are in and tasting fantastic! We are picking Cherokee Purple, Brandywine, Pineapple, Orange Zinger, Sungold, Supersweets, indigos, Red Deuce, and a variety of cocktail tomato that I forget the same of of. We ate some with dinner tonight and they were amazing.

Lots of new items this week, including super sweet white peaches from Catoctin! As always please customize your share to get exactly what you want. So much good local in season produce available right now. Get it while the gettins good!
