Final Week of Fall 2021

Posted on November 14th, 2021 by Brittany Reardon

We've reached the final share of the CSA for 2021! A huge thank you to all of you, our CSA members, for sticking with us and supporting our farm through our first growing season in Dover. It wasn't without its (many) challenges, and we are looking forward to improving our land and offerings each CSA season. Our ultimate goal is to provide our community with delicious & nourishing food each week of the year.

A heads up that we'll be open for cut-your-own Christmas Trees from Black Friday - Christmas Eve. Fridays from 10-dusk, Saturdays 8-dusk, Sundays 10-dusk. We'll also be selling handmade evergreen wreaths at the farm, too.

Reminder about auto-renew - if you were a member for all three seasons, and would NOT like your share renewed next year, be sure to head to the payment details page on your account and TOGGLE OFF auto-renew! If you have questions about auto-renew please let us know.

Be sure to sign up for the winter share if you'd like to pick up local veggies, fruits, meats, eggs and lots more through the winter either at the farm or in Downingtown at the winter market.

Root veggie medley this week will include: salad turnips, radishes, fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, baby beets, watermelon radishes, and fingerling sweet potatoes. We would recommend roasting as a Thanksgiving side!

We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving & holiday season and hope to see you soon!

with love,

brittany, michael, theo and the Mad Radish crew
