A few of this new variety of mini-cabbage called Tiara will be available in this weeks offering. We started growing mini-cabbage heads last year and really love the sweet taste and the smaller size and this variety is a keeper. Lots of them not quit ready so look for these next offering as well. Be sure to stock up on our romaine lettuce this week, its very sweet and stores well in a zip lock or bowl with lid.
