The cooler weather we have received over the last couple weeks will make the kale we are going to harvest for this weeks shares even more delicious!
We have been busy direct seeding radishes, baby asian greens, mustards, more arugula and spinach. These crops only take 20-25 days to maturity and they love cooler temps.
Thank you to our staff Nicki, Andy, and Melisa for keeping us on top of weeding, bed prep, deliveries, harvesting, and planting! We couldn't do it with out them!
