As we continue seeding new flats of fresh goodness for Spring/ Summer harvests, I am also "potting up" young plants that are growing from the January and February plantings! I notice a late easing of demand for organic and chemical free food. Some of the easing may be due to the freedom hangover from 3 years of Covid restrictions and health concerns.
