Farm Happenings for January 20, 2021
We begin transplanting this week so the young crops get over the transplant shock in time to enjoy a full 10 hours + of daylight for photosynthesis.I plan to slowly expand the fresh menu by the third week in February. The downside of this is still slow growth and smaller harvests.

It has been a long wait, but the Asian Greens are ready for our popular Salad Mix! It's just in time; the Baby Lettuce, Spinach, and other cool weather crops won't be back up and running for about 3 more weeks. I also took Baby Kale off the menu to give it some much needed rest. 1 read more »

A four season, chemical free grower in southern Michigan. We use protected culture and outdoor cultivation to provide market fresh produce to our customers 12 months/ year.
