Happy Spring! And now we can truly celebrate the beautiful Spring we've enjoyed by eating right along with the season. There's lots of green goodness to look forward to in the coming weeks and some other colors in there too!
Our hoophouse, Ernie, is practically bursting at the seams with so much produce. In the last week especially, everything has just sky rocketed. We've planted tomatoes and peppers in our other hoophouse, Burt, and we look forward to adding another hoophouse in the future because everything grows so much more quickly in the hoophouses.
