One of our favorite late summer garden goodies is BASIL! So yummy! We love Caprese Salad, and, of course, classic Basil Pesto. SO good! We've got lots of basil to share with you this week so if you'd like to make your own, this is a great time to do it. We'll have a lot in the coming weeks as well plus some Thai Basil, too, YUM! Other than that, the garden has finally reached her stride and you'll notice no Summer Smorgasboard this week as now we can finally offer each of those offerings separately. So look for Summer Squash/Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomatoes, Tomatillos, etc. as they're own offering. This is the time of year to EAT UP! :)

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
