It's been a very busy but exciting week! This last week was our BIG tomato and pepper planting week! It's always exciting to plant those because we're one step closer to making our favorite food - salsa! In April we planted the first of our tomatoes and peppers in our high tunnel, but it was a smaller planting with about 100 tomato plants and 350 pepper plants. This last week was the big one with almost 500 tomato plants and 600 pepper plants! It was a lot of work, but we had some help from some friends to get it all done. And now there's just the waiting for all of those wonderful and flavorful varieties that we love so much. We planted a couple new varieties this year that we're excited to try!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We'd love to share what we grow with you!
