Winter #5 - Spring has sprung!

We’re back to lots of fresh greens and goodness!  We have 2 different salad mixes to choose from this month, plus wild greens for the adventurous.  We also have SPRING GREEN GARLIC this week!  Green garlic is young garlic, before it’s fully bulbed out, and it’s delicious!  We just learned about using it in this way and we love it!  We’re excited to share it with you, too.  Use the green garlic just as you would a green onion for delicious garlic flavor in your egg dish, soup, or salad.  Let us make dinner for you!  Our featured SHARE DINNER this month is a CILANTRO BEAN SOUP made with pinto, black, and kidney beans with a hint of lime, and, of course, cilantro.  You can take it home from pickup, reheat it, and serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, diced avocados, and/or cheese. Yum!
