Here we go! It's time for our Spring Green Farm Shares once again! Our Spring hoophouse is popping with green and hints of reds, yellows, and purples too. This week we have lots of fresh greens to choose from. If you like stir-fries, this is your week with both Bok Choy and Chinese Cabbage (Napa Cabbage) as options. Also, we have a new offering: Komatsuna. It is another delicious Asian green that is tender and great fresh or lightly steamed. It's a totally new crop for us and we're really enjoying it's flavor. We hope you like it too!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We'd love to share what we grow with you!
