Pictured above: We've just revived our farm tradition of a birthday lunch for everyone (post Covid).  This week we had 3 birthdays, celebrated with Lina's (greenhouse manager) delicious mole made with our very own stew hens.  From left to right- Florentino (Field Crew), Elvia (Flower Team), Raul (Crew Leader)

We're still feeling the delay that the Winter flooding and rains caused.  As we look at our still not so full market trucks and try to will the green beans, beets, melons, and broccoli to grow faster, we are reminded that Mother Nature (note the capital letters) really does still trump humanity's measly plans.  "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"... and hopefully humbles us before the reality that this planet we live on is it.  We have no where else to go and we need it to be healthy in order for us to survive.

Markegard Grassfed Beef delivery this week, if you want to stock up for 4th of July BBQ's.

Companion's delicious artisan sourdough loaves are available fresh baked for us on Thursday morning.

Flower Shares this week- the sweet peas are on in a big way, so most of you will get a generous bouquet of heady scented blooms.  If you we don't have enough for everyone, we'll make sure you get to enjoy them next week.

When you customize your box, scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to see what's available in the "EXTRAS" section.
