Site Crash- wiped out previous orders- please re-order for this weekend

Posted on May 8th, 2020 by Teresa Kurtak

Hello Everyone- we are so sorry but all of your orders appear to have been lost for the weekend pick up. In addition it lost the availability data and shut down the Farmstand so you couldn't place orders today.  Our software provider is taking steps to make sure this never happens again and they send their apologies for your inconvenience.  Please place your orders again (nothing was billed yet).

Strawberry update- there are heaps of strawberries on the way but we had a dip in production this week- guessing it was related to the rain we had a few weeks back that probably reduced fruit pollination.  We will send you all we can.. but there aren't many this week, sorry :(

City Bees Honey is here!  While the honey shares don't start till the main CSA season at the end of May, Robert from City Bees just dropped off 40 jars for those of you with a hankering for some sweet stuff.  Look for them in the extras when you customize your box.

This week's offering is from Old Simon Ranch in Corte Madera, Marin.  The oldest family ranch still working in urbanized Marin with one cow, three goats, and City Bees.  It is a light honey, a bit buttery from the surrounding early Spring eucalyptus bloom, and a little trailing botanical hint.  A bit sweeter like many of the early Spring honeys. $15.75/jar
