It's the time of year for looking back, and looking ahead - and we'd like your input!

I've put together a short survey to get answers to some key questions we're contemplating. We wanted to get your ideas to help guide the future of your veggie farm :)

In other news, the crop planning is underway for this summer and we've been busy packing. The greenhouse saw a bit more frost damage than I was hoping, so the spinach while glorious won't go as far as I'd hoped. Please note it's unwashed this month, as it holds much better that way in winter. We have plentiful sweet potatoes, carrots, onions and red potatoes this month. I'll note there will be more golden beets and yellow potatoes again next month, they are currently buried by other veggies that we need to sell to get access to them! We've got a great team lined up to pack it all up on Tuesday so customize away and we'll have it ready for you next week.
