End of Season Details: 2 Winter Deliveries Left!

It's hard to believe, but the end of our winter season is fast approaching, with only 2 more deliveries left!  In a few weeks, we begin our spring seeding of our summer crops and we're already closing full sites for our summer CSA program.  Both are a sure sign that spring is coming!  In anticipation for our last winter delivery,  please review the following:

Last Winter Delivery Week:  There are two more weeks of winter deliveries.  Our last winter deliveries are on March 3rd + 4th.  Please mark your calendars.

Winter Veggie Credits Expire this March Any credits you may have accrued from either our Early Bird Special (signing up and paying in full for your current winter share by last June) or from any missing items in your box during the season, expire at the end of our winter program.*  If you have any questions about if you have credits or how to use them, please click here for easy instructions.  If you do have credits, they will be listed under the yellow drop down menu titled "my profile" at the top of your account home page, which you may check here 


*If you have any veggie credits from our Refer a Friend program, those are good for one year from your friend's sign up date.

HOLDS on Previous Shares Need to be Rescheduled by February 22nd:  If you placed a “hold”/canceled a share on any of your past winter deliveries, this resulted in forfeiting that share for the week and no additional payment was charged to your card for that held share (we do not issue refunds for held shares). You are limited to three holds per calendar year.  Any winter holds not rescheduled for a delivery week by February 22nd will be considered forfeit.  To reschedule any holds you have placed or to check if you have any past shares still on hold, please follow the instructions here:

To check on or to reschedule a past held share

  1. Login to your account at www.harvie.farm/login
  2. Go to the “My Deliveries” tab
  3. If you have past held shares, those shares will show up on the top of the page with the option to “Remove On Hold”. You will be prompted to choose a new date. The system will default to the next available date.

Our upcoming Summer Farm Share is filling up fast!  
 If you're interested in joining us for the upcoming summer farm share program, please don't delay!  We do anticipate selling out earlier than usual this year.  To sign up, simply log into your member account here and click on the "Place Order" grey button on your profile page (found on right side, under "My Farm").  For more details on our summer program, just click here.


Pay in Full for a $20 Veggie Credit:  Receiving your full payment in advance helps our farm to keep a core group of our crew employed year round.  It also provides much needed income when the farm is on a break from production but still needs to buy supplies for growing your food next season.  Please consider paying in full and we'll thank you with a $20 credit for each season you join (up to $40 of credits if you pay in full for both our 2021 summer and winter season).  This credit will be good for purchasing extra items during the season. Think more sweet corn, melons and tomatoes!
