Tomatoes will be strong for the rest of this share season.

Had a couple reports of bags of mixed greens going bad last week - if this happened within a couple days of being in your fridge, shoot me an email or other message and I'll tack on a $5 credit to your account. In general, we've learned they have a much shorter shelf life than a head of lettuce, which we've been told can still be good after 3 weeks in the fridge.

As we get the first dry spell of the year, I've about completed all the set up of the new drip irrigation system. The drip tapes slowly drip water next to the plants, like a soaker hose. I've upgraded to an electronic Wifi controller for the valves to the different crops. It can communicate with the weather station we have on our farm, to automatically adjust the irrigation schedule for sunshine, wind, humidity, and rainfall.
