Hello Members,
Welcome to week 9 of the CSA. It feels like summer is whizzing by. We are deep in the rhythm of plant, harvest, pull weeds, repeat.
A new addition to the CSA: Celery! We have lots of celery so we are starting to harvest is pretty young. It's not like the blanched, tasteless stuff you'll find in the store. Our celery is deep green, and full of flavor and nutrients. Great for a farm fresh mirepoix.
