Hey folks!
We hope the weather has turned warm for good, and we've got some nice springy crops coming at you this week! Asparagus, radishes, some rhubarb and greens galore. For extras this week, we have the amazing cold smoked ricotta rounds from Crooked Face Creamery available - some of the tastiest cheese we've ever had! Also have plenty of duck eggs, bread, yogurt, and veggies. Whole chickens are available to order this week, too - both organic & non.
Here's an update from Ironwood Farm in Albion:
This spring has been cold and soggy, with a few sunny warm days to remind us of what's to come. The fields are filling, despite the weather, and the farm crew is already busy with the war on weeds. We'll harvest our first field greens next week, let the games begin!
