Week 8 Winter/Spring Cooper's CSA Farm Happenings

We've been busy!

New happenings for us include:

1. The trees are tapped!
   1. We're hoping the warmer temps on Sunday will bring us a little pre-season sap.
2. Ontario Fruit & Vegetable Conference: 
   1. Lisa & Kelsey travelled down to Niagara Falls to attend the annual convention, where they were wined, dined, and came home with more knowledge and a whole lot of free swag!
3. Summer Sign up is Open:
   1. Earlybird sign up ends in Monday the 25th. Discount code is: earlybird5
