Thank you so much for the kindness and patience you've shown as we have hired lots of new staff and developed systems to serve you better. We are grateful to be doing this important work, and we couldn't do it without you!
To those of you picking up at our headquarters-- we are doing our best to get you in and out in a speedy manner. We have noticed that a LOT of customers tend to come at the very beginning of the pick-up time, which has created some traffic back-ups. If you are able to pick up in the second half of the time slot, that would relieve some of the traffic congestion and get you in and out in a speedy manner.
