Farm Happenings for June 22, 2023

Posted on June 16th, 2023 by Mike Finger

Hi, Friends:

Customization for the June 22nd harvest is now open, and will remain so until 9 a.m. Sunday morning.  If you'd like to swap some items, or perhaps add a few more, or remove some others from your harvest ~ now is the time to do so. Just click the "Swap Items" link in this email, and you will be transported to the customization page.

We are pleased to see that nearly 70% of you have customized your shares in some way.  If you'd like to increase your knowledge of how customization works, we'd recommend looking at this help document from the Harvie University website.  It's quite detailed, but does a good job of discussing the features and mechanics of this valuable tool. Here's the link:

We've had a good week here at Cedarville Farm, concluding our efforts with the first cucumber and broccolini harvests of the year. The weather of late has been fairly typical for June, including a welcome 1/3 inch of rain. We have the tomatoes all tied up, and there were unconfirmed reports of cherry tomatoes with a slight blush of color.  We will keep an eye on those rows.

If ever you should have a question or concern relating to your farm share, please contact us.  We'll do our best to provide what you need.

Enjoy the harvest! And, THANK YOU for your membership.
