Our annual family vacation was so refreshing! We're back and we're ready to finish the season strong.
We spent almost a week near Grand Rapids, MN and enjoyed the cabin life which is all too fleeting. The weather was great and Addie got to go swimming multiple times. Lara was able to go shopping and read a lovely book. I was able to fish and even caught my personal best Walleye that measured 27" and around 9lbs. The fishing overall was excellent and the vacation was so nice!
We're turning our attention to the second half of the CSA season and we've got a lot of great things yet to come. Tomatoes are starting to come in strong and our main season sweet corn, which boasts bigger years than our early season corn, is ready. Plus we've got winter squash on the way along with the return of spring favorites like radish and spinach.
We can't wait to share it all with you!
