This weeks shares are going to be one for the books! We have delicious root veggies from Tyler, unique taste from Eva, and asian greens from Grow with the Flow! And of Course Lynn has grown the fall time staples for us like sweet potatoes and turnip greens.
Don't forget to order your honey in the next two weeks,once the CSA closes at the end of this month the bee keepers will be taking their inventory with them. I have already stocked up, some tea and honey is my go to when it's cold outside.
Also we have some super cute little kid beanies for sale that our fabulous friend Fredi hand knitted for us.These thoughtful pieces will be listed in the extra screen if you are interested.
One more thing I feel needs to be added here. I want to say thank you members for helping this CSA grow. I know this year has had it's ups and downs, but we here at the farm appreciate you coming along for the ride. You have given a market for new farmers to grow more than just veggies. It has given them confidence to expand on what they can grow and where they can do it. It has given them experience that is so necessary to keep this local food movement going. Helping the growth and development of future stewards of the land is a pretty awesome cause, you deserve a pat on the back.
