Hope everyone is having an amazing week! This time of year, it seems as though we are harvesting most of our hours. The hot peppers have exploded this week and there is an abundance to keep up on. We also are in full pickle picking mode! Pickles are super fast growing and it's usually the smaller ones everyone wants so it has to be picked frequently. As some of you may already know, Liz is an avid canner and master preserver, so this is her busiest time of the year. She loves making pickles, jams, salsas, and sauces, as well as drying tomatoes and herbs. We like to have these available in the winter when you desire the tastes of summer! If you would like to do some preserving as well, let us know what you are looking for. We can get you what you need!
While we may be on a little break with potatoes right now, the new BIG potato field is coming along beautifully and the spuds are coming! These potatoes are the outcome of our "Great Potato Run of 2020" back in March. If you follow us on Instagram, you can see photos from that impromptu road trip in our "highlights". That's a great story.
