Well, where to begin. What a week. We hit another record week with online orders and continue to be so humbled and grateful for your support. However, as we learn to change and grow at such a rapid pace we find ourselves more prone to error. For anyone who received a farm box that was delayed in delivery or had an issue with items being fulfilled we apologize. Some things are out of our control like products not coming in as described or simply not being fulfilled from farms (farms send us their projections and not actual harvests). Those things aside, we take great pride in providing you the absolute best experience with our farm and market.
Each week we meet to discuss our downfalls and triumphs so that we can continue to better ourselves and our customers' experiences. We'll be reaching out in the next few weeks as we navigate things like ordering windows, delivery days/times, and our online ordering platform.
